MOCACARE Surgical Mask 160 meets the 160mmHg fluid resistance testing consistent with standard ASTM F1862 “Standard Test Method for Resistance of Medical Face Masks to Penetration by Synthetic Blood (Horizontal Projection of Fixed Volume at a Know Velocity)“.

ASTM F1862 is the reference test standard in ASTM F2100 for liquid barrier performance, and a Level 3 barrier must meet 160mmHg.

To comply with US laws, the outer packaging indicates that the product within, MOCACARE Mask 160, has resistance to synthetic blood penetration ≥ 160 mmHg.

• 3-Layer Protection:
  3 layers of non-woven design. The mask provides a soft and comfortable layer of protection from airborne irritants. When working outside, the mask can reduce allergen inhalation. In principle, it should be replaced every day. However, if it is damaged or stained with sweat or saliva, it should be replaced immediately.
