Friendly reminder, this Return and Exchange Policy is valid only for customers who have purchased from the MOCACARE online store. If you purchased through other retail channels, please return in accordance with their return policy.

 

Return and Repair Policy

This Return and Exchange Policy is valid only for merchandise purchased from the MOCACARE online store. If you purchased your device or accessories through other retail outlets, please check with them regarding their return policies. 

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. The device must be in the same condition (undamaged and unbroken) as when you received it.

  • You will receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
  • If you choose to receive Merchandise Credit, return shipping is free. Merchandise Credit never expires.

Once MOCACARE receives the device and confirms it has not been damaged through improper use, we will issue you a refund within seven business days.

 

Return & Repair Process Instructions

  1. To obtain an RGA number, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@mocacare.com.
  2. Once your return request is received and approved, we will mail you an RGA confirmation, RGA number, and a return shipping label. Please note that you'll be responsible for you own shipping cost after 30-day purchased. 
  3. Print your return shipping label.
  4. Please place the items you wish to return, including all accessories, in their original packaging box.
  5. Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it at your nearest UPS location.
